About CompuBal

What is CompuBal?

CompuBal is balance sheet and audit report software from the CompuTax range, for Chartered Accountants, tax professionals and businesses in India. It prepares financial statements under the Companies Act, 2013 — the Schedule III balance sheet with automatically generated notes, a Schedule II depreciation chart and an indirect-method cash flow statement — as well as statements for entities that are not companies.

For tax audit, CompuBal prepares and files Forms 3CD, 29B and 10CCC online, with validations, an error locator, ratio calculations in Form 3CD, TDS import from CompuTDS and DSC signing. It imports data from Tally and Excel, merges the statements of several businesses of one client, and transfers figures to CompuTax for income tax returns.
