It syncs notices from the GST portal with their history, response status and ARN, and shows them alongside Optotax's GST reconciliation data so replies can be backed by numbers.

Notices can be filtered by PAN, GSTIN, notice type, status or due date and sorted by value, urgency or type, covering GSTR-1 vs GSTR-3B mismatches, ITC, late filing, demand and recovery, assessment and audit, and registration notices. Optotax sends reminders, escalation alerts and real-time updates, helps draft replies using more than 20 reconciliation reports, and keeps an audit trail of each notice's lifecycle with downloadable records. It is cloud-based with no downloads or connectors, and says more than 85,000 tax professionals use Optotax.
