The people behind Optotax GST
Optotax was originally built by Optobizz Software Private Limited (founded 2017, Hyderabad), which was acquired by OPEN (OPEN Financial Technologies Private Limited) for $5M in Feb 2021 (Inc42) — all Optobizz staff moved to OPEN, and Optobizz has since been struck off the ROC register (Tracxn/thecompanycheck). Optotax today operates as a product/brand of OPEN, whose own site states "Built by OPEN. Backed by Experts." Previously-recorded "Optotax India Private Limited" does not appear to exist as a registered entity.
