WorkDrive's Collect Files links let clients and external users upload documents straight into a folder, and shared links can carry passwords, expiry dates and download limits. Files are edited together in Zoho Writer, Sheet and Show, or opened in Microsoft Office through the Genie desktop app. WorkDrive keeps unlimited file versions, restores deleted items for up to 120 days, and searches inside files with OCR and object detection. The TrueSync desktop app keeps files online-only or offline, with Android and iOS apps for mobile. Admins get user and device management, sharing policies, data retention policies, DLP and an exportable audit trail, and Zia AI summarises files and answers questions about them. Data is encrypted with 256-bit AES at rest and TLS in transit, with two-factor authentication.
