About EquityList
What is EquityList?
EquityList is an AI-native equity and shareholder management platform designed to help private and public companies replace messy spreadsheets with a digital system of record. It serves as a compliance operating system primarily for startups, founders, legal teams, and finance leads across countries like India, Singapore, and the US
Who is EquityList for?
EquityList is built for a wide range of corporate stakeholders—from early-stage startups to massive public enterprises—as well as the legal and financial ecosystems that support them.
What type of software is EquityList?
EquityList is listed under Cap Table Software.
What are EquityList's core capabilities?
The platform’s core capabilities are organized across four pillars: 1. Deterministic Cap Table & Data Layer • Live Dilution Tracking: Maintains a mathematically exact, real-time "source of truth" ledger for shares, SAFEs, convertible notes, and warrants. • Version-Controlled Auditing: Captures historical snapshots of ownership at any past transaction date, simplifying compliance requests during legal due diligence. • Scenario & Exit Modeling: Allows founders to simulate upcoming funding rounds (converting SAFEs/notes with caps/discounts) and map out complex exit waterfalls with liquidation preferences. 2. Autonomous Compliance & AI Architecture • The AI Equity Agent: Features an integrated intelligence layer that physically reads governing company policies (ESOP schemes, shareholders' agreements, board resolutions). Users can ask the agent questions or prompt it to run workflows natively. • Proactive Guardrails: Triangulates ledger data against uploaded legal documents to flag potential breaches of a charter limit or scheme rule before an action is finalized. • Maker-Checker Approval: Protects data integrity by requiring a two-step validation process—where one team member proposes an equity change or transaction and an authorized admin approves it. 3. Global Equity & Administrative Automation • End-to-End Grant Lifecycles: Automates multiple grant types (Options, RSUs, SARs, and RSAs) from initial digital grant issuance to e-signatures, cliff/vesting alerts, and exercises. • Multi-Jurisdictional Valuations: Generates audit-ready valuations calibrated to specific legal markets—including US 409A valuations and certified Indian Merchant Banker Fair Market Value (FMV) reports. • Localized Corporate Compliance: Handles specific regional burdens like US Federal tax exemption tagging, or coordinating electronic dematerialisation services and Form PAS-6 filings for Indian entities. 4. Financial Accounting & Governance • Stock Expense Reporting: Formats stock compensation data directly into ready-to-audit corporate expense accounting reports compliant with ASC 718, IFRS 2, and Ind AS 102. • Consent Workflows: Integrates digital template builders to draft, route, electronically sign, and securely store board and shareholder consent resolutions right alongside corresponding equity events. • Listed Enterprise Controls: Features built-in corporate trading windows, insider trading pre-clearance structures, and automated depository reconciliations for public or pre-IPO companies.

Pricing
- Free ($0/mo, 10 stakeholders); Build ($100/mo or $1,200/yr annual billing, 35 stakeholders, +$35/yr per additional); Growth ($292/mo or $3,500/yr annual billing, 50 stakeholders, +$50/yr per additional, includes 409A-equivalent valuation, exercise workflows, board approvals, 1 data room); Enterprise (custom, unlimited stakeholders, SSO/SAML, dedicated account manager).
Monthly billing carries roughly a 20% premium over annual-equivalent pricing for Build ($125/mo monthly vs $100/mo annual-equivalent), but the published monthly Growth figure ($265/mo) is actually lower than the annual-equivalent Growth figure ($292/mo) — an inconsistency on the vendor's own pricing page, noted rather than corrected. AI-credit top-ups: 3,000 credits for $5, 7,000 for $10.
